Sparkle Into Summer Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The "Sparkle Into Summer" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Mohs Hidden Gems, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Mohs Hidden Gems, located in Saint Paul, MN. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted online starting July 1, 2026 and ending July 29, 2026, at 7:30 PM Central Time. All online entries must be received by the end date and time.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit MohsHiddenGems.com and complete the official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, or registrations will void those entries.

6. Prize

The winner will receive:

One (1) pair of 1CT T.W. Certified Moissanite 925 Sterling Silver Stud Earrings.

Estimated Retail Value (ERV): $199.

The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent is permitted.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Mohs Hidden Gems. The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry within five (5) days following selection. Mohs Hidden Gems shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Mohs Hidden Gems may, where allowed by law, use your name and entry for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

9. General Terms

Mohs Hidden Gems reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Mohs Hidden Gems and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

11. Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MINNESOTA. As a condition of participating, participants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Minnesota having jurisdiction.

12. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Mohs Hidden Gems website.
